Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• Hotel and company accounts must be created by an authorized representative of the organization.

2. The Service

Global Flex Wellness provides a platform that connects members with wellness facilities (gyms, pools, saunas, spas) worldwide, enables facility check-ins and service bookings, manages credits and subscriptions, and offers hotel partners tools to manage guest wellness access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Memberships, Credits & Subscriptions

• Subscription plans grant a recurring monthly or annual allowance of credits valid while the subscription is active.
• Credit packages are one-time purchases of credits that can be used across participating facilities.
• Credits are deducted based on the actual entry price of the facility you visit, not a flat per-entry rate.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire according to the terms of the plan or package purchased.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• All fees are billed in your selected currency and may include applicable taxes based on your country.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, credit package, or hotel package, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the stated amount. Prices are displayed before purchase. Recurring subscription charges will continue until you cancel. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our refund policy and local consumer protection laws.

5. Hotel & Partner Accounts

• Hotel partners purchase guest visit packages and distribute access codes to their guests.
• Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their facility listings, including location, hours, pricing, and images.
• Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.
• We may suspend or terminate partner accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Facility Check-ins & Codes

Check-in codes are generated using time-based one-time password (TOTP) technology and rotate regularly for security. You may only check in at facilities where you have sufficient credits or a valid pass. Sharing, transferring, or reselling access codes is prohibited. Fraudulent check-in attempts may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to access data not intended for you.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or proprietary data.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Global Flex Wellness and protected by intellectual property laws. Facility images and logos provided by partners remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that facilities will be available, open, or operating as listed, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of third-party facilities and their staff. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Flex Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury, loss, or damage experienced at a third-party facility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent permitted, and otherwise by the laws of the European Union. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of your jurisdiction, consistent with local consumer protection laws that may preserve your right to bring a claim in a local court.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and unused credits may be forfeited as described in these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
