Do I need a subscription to use a day pass?

No. You can buy credits or a single day pass without a subscription and access any partner wellness space on demand.

We share information only with: (a) facility partners when you check in or book a service at their location, (b) hotel partners for guest codes and visit records tied to their property, (c) payment processor Stripe for transactions, and (d) service providers like Twilio for SMS verification, all under appropriate data protection agreements.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted password storage, row-level access controls, and secure OAuth authentication. SMS and email verification codes are used to confirm your identity. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
